For perfectly crisp chicken that’s full of flavor, try this simple method of baking seasoned chicken thighs on a wire rack in the oven.

4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
Seasoned salt (try Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning)
Heat oven to 325°F. Place chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet (line baking sheet with foil for easy clean up). Bake for at least 1 hour, check crispiness, and continue to cook in 10-minute increments (up to 20 minutes more) until extra crispy.
