This Caesar dressing doesn’t contain raw eggs and is incredibly rich in flavor. Adjust seasonings to your liking: add more lemon juice for a tangier taste or additional Worcestershire for a more savory balance. Serve tossed with Romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan and some crispy croutons for a delicious, traditional Caesar salad.

3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
Juice of ½ lemon (or 2-3 Tablespoons)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 cup mayonnaise
¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together first 5 ingredients until combined. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper, and whisk until combined. Adjust seasonings to taste.
