It’s getting hot in the South! Break out your ice cream maker, and try this refreshing and delicious homemade green tea ice cream.

8 cups 2% white milk
1 container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 heaping tablespoons matcha or green tea powder
Rock salt and ice for the sides of the ice cream freezer
Mix all ingredients in the ice cream holder, and set to spin for about 30-35 minutes, or until done. Scoop into bowls, and serve with honey drizzled over the top.
