Muscadine Pepper Jelly
5 cups prepared muscadine juice (for recipe, click here)
12 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 cup apple cider vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 package SURE-JELL pectin
Combine peppers, vinegar and sugar in a saucepan, and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add pectin. Pour into jars and seal.
