Simple Pico de Gallo
Finely chop tomatoes, white onion and cilantro; stir together. Finely chop jalapeños and add according to your ‘heat’ preference. Splash lime juice into the mixture and add salt to taste. Let ‘set’ in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
